Agreement

These terms govern your use of maisondvue.com, shop.maisondvue.com, and any order placed with MAISON D’VUE, operated by MDV Group, LLC, a California limited liability company. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years of age and able to enter a binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are.

Allocations and Orders

Each release is offered in limited volume. Availability is described on the site and is subject to change without notice.

Your order is an offer to purchase. It is accepted when the house dispatches it. Until then, we may decline or limit any order at our discretion, including where an item is unavailable, where an error in price or description has occurred, or where we suspect fraud or resale.

If we decline an order after payment has been taken, we will refund it in full.

Price and Payment

Prices are shown in United States dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Prices may change at any time before an order is accepted.

Payment is processed by our payment provider at the time your order is placed. Where an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping, delivery, and returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

The Product

The VUE 14™ Hair Élixir is a cosmetic product intended for external use on the hair. It is not a drug and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

The elixir contains plant-derived and nut-derived ingredients. Please read the full ingredient list before use. If you have a known allergy or a sensitive scalp, test a small amount on the inner arm and wait twenty-four hours before wider use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a physician if it persists.

Keep away from the eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Individual results vary. Descriptions of appearance, feel, and finish reflect the sensory experience of the product and are not promises of a particular outcome.

Intellectual Property

The name MAISON D’VUE, the marks VUE 14™, Âme de Vue™, and Affinity Matrix™, the maison’s monogram and crest, and all text, photography, film, and design on this site are owned by MDV Group, LLC or used under licence.

You may view and share the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use any of it commercially, or for training or developing any machine learning or artificial intelligence system, without our written permission.

Reviews and Submissions

If you submit a review, photograph, film, or other material to the house, you confirm that it is your own, that it is truthful, and that it does not infringe the rights of anyone else.

You grant MAISON D’VUE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that material in connection with the maison and its marketing. You may ask us to remove it at any time.

We may decline to publish, or may remove, any submission at our discretion. Where a reviewer has received a product without charge or has any material connection to the house, that connection is disclosed alongside the review.

Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempt to gain unauthorised access, no interference with its operation, no automated scraping or harvesting, no use of the site for any unlawful purpose, and no resale of the maison’s products without our written agreement.

Links and Third Parties

The site may link to platforms operated by others, including our commerce platform and social channels. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAISON D’VUE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAISON D’VUE and MDV Group, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or its products.

Our total liability arising from any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MDV Group, LLC against any claim arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or any material you submit to us.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our Privacy Notice and Shipping & Returns policy, are the entire agreement between us.

We may revise these terms. The effective date above will change when we do, and continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance.
