What the house collects, how it is used, and the choices that remain yours.

Who We Are
MAISON D’VUE is operated by MDV Group, LLC, a California limited liability company. In this notice, “we,” “us,” and “the house” refer to MDV Group, LLC.
This notice describes how we handle personal information collected through maisondvue.com, shop.maisondvue.com, and our correspondence with you. Written questions may be sent to hello@maisondvue.com.
What We Collect
Information you give us. Your name, email address, shipping and billing address, telephone number where provided, and the contents of any message you send to the house. If you join the list, we collect your email address and any name you provide.
Order information. The items you reserve or purchase, order value, and delivery details. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor and are never received or stored by MAISON D’VUE.
Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and time spent on the site. This is gathered through cookies and similar technologies described below.
Reviews and submissions. Any rating, written review, photograph, or video you choose to submit, together with the name or initials you provide with it.
How We Use It
To take, prepare, and deliver your order, and to write to you about it.
To answer your questions and provide the care of the house.
To send letters, allocation notices, and news of the maison, where you have asked to receive them.
To publish reviews you have submitted for publication.
To understand how the site is used, to improve it, and to measure the performance of our advertising.
To protect the house against fraud, misuse, and error, and to comply with our legal obligations.
Who Receives It
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.
We do share information with service providers who act on our behalf and are permitted to use it only for that purpose. These include our commerce and hosting platform, our payment processors, shipping carriers and label providers, our email and review platforms, and our analytics and advertising partners.
We may also disclose information where required by law, in response to lawful requests by public authorities, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.
Cookies and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember the contents of your bag, and understand how the site is used.
We also work with advertising platforms, including Meta and Google, that place cookies or pixels to measure the performance of our advertising and to show our advertising to people who have visited the site. These platforms handle the information they collect under their own privacy policies.
Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Some parts of the site may not function as intended if you do.
Some browsers transmit a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. Where we receive a recognised Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Your Choices
Letters. Every letter from the house carries an unsubscribe link. You may also write to us and we will remove you.
Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@maisondvue.com and we will respond within forty-five days. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we may retain information we are required to keep for tax, accounting, or legal reasons.
Reviews. You may ask us to remove a review you have submitted.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these choices.
California Residents
California residents may request disclosure of the categories of personal information we have collected, the sources of that information, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom it has been shared. You may also request deletion or correction of that information, and you may opt out of any sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Under California Civil Code section 1798.83, California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures.
All requests may be made in writing to hello@maisondvue.com. An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf with written permission.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. We keep list subscriptions until you unsubscribe. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to serve you well, and then we let it go.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and payments are handled by established processors under their own security standards. We take reasonable measures to protect the information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
MAISON D’VUE is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please write to us and we will delete it.
Where Your Information Is Held
The house operates from the United States and our service providers store information in the United States. If you write to us or order from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Changes
We may revise this notice. The effective date above will change when we do. Material changes will be noted on this page.
