Where We Ship
MAISON D’VUE currently ships within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Options
Complimentary Shipping. Included with every order. Typically arrives within 5–10 business days.
Express Shipping. $25 flat rate. Typically arrives within 1–2 business days.
Order Preparation
Each order is hand-sealed and prepared in Beverly Hills. We do not promise specific dispatch dates, as preparation is done with care and attention.
You will receive a written confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update with the carrier after dispatch.
Shipping Delays
Carrier delays, weather events, and holiday volume may extend delivery times beyond the typical estimates. MAISON D’VUE is not responsible for delays once the order has left our care, but we are happy to assist with carrier inquiries.
Returns
As MAISON D’VUE is a finely composed luxury product, opened bottles cannot be accepted for return. Unopened bottles in their original, unsealed packaging may be returned within fourteen days of delivery for a refund, less return shipping.
To begin a return, please write to hello@maisondvue.com with your order number. We will provide instructions and a return address.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your bottle arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please write to hello@maisondvue.com within seven days of the expected or actual delivery date. Include a photograph if applicable. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. MAISON D’VUE is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.
