Where We Ship
MAISON D’VUE ships complimentary within the United States. For our guests in Europe, we warmly welcome special requests — complimentary European shipping can be arranged on request. Please write to hello@maisondvue.com and a member of the house will arrange it for you personally.
Shipping Options
Complimentary Shipping. Included with every order. Typically arrives within 5–10 business days.
Express Shipping. $25 flat rate. Typically arrives within 1–2 business days.
Order Preparation
Each order is hand-sealed and prepared in Beverly Hills. We do not promise specific dispatch dates, as preparation is done with care and attention.
You will receive a written confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update with the carrier after dispatch.
Shipping Delays
Carrier delays, weather events, and holiday volume may extend delivery times beyond the typical estimates. MAISON D’VUE is not responsible for delays once the order has left our care, but we are happy to assist with carrier inquiries.
Returns
All sales are final.
Each VUE 14™ Hair Élixir is inspected before it leaves the house. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, the house will make it right — replacement or refund — when notified within 14 days of delivery, with a photograph of the issue, at hello@maisondvue.com.
Outside of damage, defect, or error, the house does not accept returns or exchanges.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your bottle arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please write to hello@maisondvue.com within seven days of the expected or actual delivery date. Include a photograph if applicable. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. MAISON D’VUE is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipment.
