MAISON D’VUE — SUBSCRIPTIONS AND CANCELLATION

MAISON D'VUE offers Subscribe and Save on VUE 14™ Hair Elixir (30ml) and VOYAGE (10ml).

HOW IT WORKS

When you choose Subscribe and Save, you authorize MAISON D'VUE to charge your saved payment method automatically for each delivery, at the subscription price shown at checkout, until you cancel.

VUE 14™ Hair Elixir: delivered every 3 or 5 months, as you choose, at 10% off the one-time price (currently $112.50 per delivery).

VOYAGE: delivered every 2 or 3 months, as you choose, at 10% off the one-time price (currently $50.40 per delivery).

Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are added as shown at checkout. There is no minimum number of deliveries. Introductory discount codes apply to the first subscription order only.

HOW TO CANCEL

You may cancel at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee. To cancel online, sign in to your account at shop.maisondvue.com and open your subscription at https://shopify.com/82458312952/account/pages/6971b1a1-27f6-4c27-b8b0-3009fd3b921d, where you can also skip a delivery or change your delivery frequency. You may also write to hello@maisondvue.com with your name and order number; the house will cancel your subscription and confirm in writing.

To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next billing date. A cancellation stops all future charges. A delivery that has already been charged is covered by our Return Policy, and unopened bottles may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

PRICE CHANGES

If the subscription price changes, the house will notify you by email before the new price applies, and you may cancel before your next charge.

FAILED PAYMENTS

If a payment fails, we will retry up to three times, seven days apart. If all attempts fail, the subscription is cancelled and you will be notified by email.
