VUE 14™ Sapphire Necklace Drawing

1. Sponsor

MDV Group, LLC, d/b/a MAISON D’VUE, 132 S Lasky Dr, Floor 2, Unit #523, Beverly Hills, CA 90212, United States (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Drawing is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period

The Drawing begins on August 27, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on November 22, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Drawing.

4. How to Enter

Online entry. During the Entry Period, submit your first name and email address through the MAISON D’VUE lead form on Facebook or Instagram. Your submission constitutes one (1) entry.

Free alternate method of entry. To enter without submitting the online form, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, date of birth, and daytime telephone number on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to: VUE 14 Sapphire Necklace Drawing, 132 S Lasky Dr, Floor 2, Unit #523, Beverly Hills, CA 90212. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 22, 2026 and received by November 27, 2026. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately. Mechanically reproduced entries are void.

Limit: one (1) entry per person for the entire Entry Period, regardless of method. Entries received from any person in excess of the stated limit will be void. Use of any automated system, bot, script, or multiple email addresses to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due entries.

5. Prize

One (1) prize: one (1) sapphire necklace. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $50.00 USD.

Total ARV of all prizes: $50.00 USD. No cash or other substitution, assignment, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All costs and expenses not expressly stated as being provided as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize will be shipped only to a valid street address within the fifty United States or the District of Columbia.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about November 23, 2026, conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Drawing.

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry within three (3) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of the date of notification and, if requested, complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stated period, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

8. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s first name and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

10. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Drawing, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

If for any reason the Drawing is not capable of running as planned — including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control — Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Drawing and to select the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Drawing or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://shop.maisondvue.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, you agree that Sponsor may use your name and email address to administer the Drawing, to notify the winner, and to send you marketing communications about VUE 14™ and MAISON D’VUE. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.

13. Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants are providing information to Sponsor and not to Meta. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Drawing must be directed to Sponsor, not to Meta.

14. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to VUE 14 Sapphire Necklace Drawing — Winner Request, 132 S Lasky Dr, Floor 2, Unit #523, Beverly Hills, CA 90212, to be received no later than December 23, 2026.

15. Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
